What are the shipping timeframes?
Processing & Packing Times
As Halo Amour is currently a one-woman-run business, order processing times are currently 3 business days (not including pre orders). However, I am working very hard to shorten this window so you can receive your items sooner!

How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with all the tracking details.
If you have not received a shipment confirmation email, then that means it is still being packaged up at our Studio and will be shipped out soon!
To track your order please use the button above, or alternatively go to the Australian Post website and enter your tracking number.
Shipping & delivery policy
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

PRE ORDERS
How do pre orders work?
Pre orders give you the opportunity to be among the first to receive an item once it becomes available. A pre order works just the same as any other order, but the item is shipped to you as soon as it becomes available in our studio.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
925 Sterling Silver
To keep your sterling silver jewellery looking its best, it's important to care for it properly. First, avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can scratch or damage the surface. When not in use, store your jewellery in a dry and cool place, such as a jewellery box or the soft cloth pouch it arrived in. Jewellery Storage
Jewellery should be stored in a clean, dry, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and humid areas. With your order you will receive your jewellery in either a satin pouch or a signature Halo Amour box which is perfect for storage and travelling.
What is the difference between metals?
Sterling silver is a precious metal made from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Sterling silver jewellery is highly resistant to tarnish and scratches, making it a popular choice for daily wear.
Stainless steel is a popular choice for jewellery due to its durability, affordability, and resistance to tarnish and corrosion. It is a type of alloy made from a combination of steel and other metals. Stainless steel jewellery is water-resistant and highly durable, making it a great choice for jewellery that is worn daily and exposed to the elements.
Gold/silver plated jewellery is made from a base metal (such as copper or brass) and coated with a thin layer of gold/silver. This type of jewellery is more affordable than solid gold/silver or other precious metals, but it is less durable and can wear down over time. The plating can also wear off, exposing the base metal underneath.

At Halo Amour we have a 30-day money back guarantee from the day your order is received. Your journey with Halo Amour is important to us, we hope that each piece you receive adds a touch of wonder to your life. If your experience is anything less, we’re dedicated to making it right. To qualify for a return or refund, items must be in their original condition and housed in their original packaging.

Exchanging Ring Sizes
Received your ring and it doesn't fit? Not to worry! After receiving your ring send us an email with your name, order number, ordered ring size and new ring size.
Please note that if your ring is a pre order or is in demand, due to stock levels, it may take longer than usual to process your exchange.
Exclusions
We cannot issue exchanges or returns for the following:
Earrings - due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns for earrings. If you receive you earrings and they are damaged or defected please contact us immediately.
Sale items - due to limited stock we cannot do exchanges or returns on sale items.
Licensing & Collabs
Offical Licensing
At this point in time Halo Amour is not licensed with Sarah J Maas or any other authors. However, we are actively pursuing licensing agreements to support the amazing authors we love so much.

Warrenty
General Policy
All jewellery comes with a three-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience any defects or issues with your jewellery within this period, please contact us for repair or replacement options.
Bespoke Pieces
We have a six-month warranty covering our bespoke rings.
All bespoke rings are hand-made, it is because of this that some claws holding the stones may not have been placed firmly enough. If you happen to loose a stone - we will replace the ring for you at a moments notice.
